The Quantum Triple Diamond head is smaller — 169 cc to 160 cc — and Callaway publishes no price for it. Those are the two facts that separate these clubs. Nine cubic centimetres off an already-compact Tour head is a visible change at address on the model that is meant to look compact in the first place.
Nothing else on the spec sheet moved. Both come in 15°, 18° and 21°, labelled 3, 5 and 7. Both are 43.25". Both sit at 55° lie — the flattest lie in either company's fairway range, which is part of what Triple Diamond means. Both have an adjustable hosel and come right and left handed.
The stock shaft got heavier: Project X Denali Charcoal 60 on the Elyte, Fujikura Ventus Black/Charcoal 70 on the Quantum. A 60-gram shaft replaced by a 70-gram one as the no-upcharge option, which on a Tour head is a deliberate choice rather than an oversight — but it is one more thing that has to fit you.
Callaway listed $349.99 for the Elyte Triple Diamond and lists no MSRP on the Quantum Triple Diamond page. We are not going to quote a retailer's number as if it were Callaway's, so the price row on the newer club is blank.
Neither page publishes a hosel adjustment range, a movable weight or a weight track. Those rows are empty on both sides.
Our read: keep the Elyte Triple Diamond unless the smaller head is what you are after. Same lofts, same length, same lie — you would be paying an unpublished price for 9 cc and a heavier stock shaft.
