Our take Our assessment (based on published specs)
The Paradym gives up nothing obvious here. Same 460 cc, same three lofts (9°, 10.5°, 12°), same 57° lie, same $599.99 launch price as the Elyte. The Paradym's weight slides on a track; the Elyte's moves, but Callaway doesn't describe a track on its page. Neither brand page states the hosel's ± range, so we don't claim one.
The Paradym's sliding weight is the reason to stay put if you use it. Callaway's own figure for it is around 12 yards of shot-shape correction. That's a claim, not something we measured, but it is the kind of adjustment a newer head doesn't automatically beat.
For the Elyte, Callaway claims up to 8 yards more distance and more forgiveness. Again: the brand's number, no test data behind it that we can check, and "up to" is doing work in that sentence.
Our read: keep the Paradym. If you want the Elyte anyway, buy it because you hit it better in a fitting bay, not because it is newer — on published specs it does not adjust in any way your Paradym can't.
