Our take Our assessment (based on published specs)

Half a degree apart at the 7 (27° yours, 27.5° theirs) and half a degree at the pitching wedge (42° against 42.5°). Same 37.25" length, same 4-iron start, both hands. Loft for loft, club for club, this is your set with two years of new paint.
The KING adds a 54° sand wedge to the published line-up, which your Darkspeed set doesn't have. That is the one thing here you would actually be buying. Whether it matters depends on what you already carry below the gap wedge.
Cobra published $999 for the KING seven-piece steel set. It no longer publishes a Darkspeed launch price — those pages now redirect to a category listing — so that cell is not available, which is also a reminder that your set is off the shelf and therefore cheap used.
Our read: keep the Darkspeed. If you want the 54°, buy the wedge, not the set. Nothing else in Cobra's own numbers separates these two.
