PING builds six hybrids. Titleist builds three. That's the comparison.
PING's G440 runs 17°, 20°, 23°, 26°, 30° and 34°, labelled 2H through 7H. Titleist's GT2 runs 18°, 21° and 24°. The three Titleist lofts all sit inside PING's range, within a degree or two of a PING equivalent. Past 24°, Titleist doesn't publish a hybrid in this line at all.
So if you carry one or two hybrids at the top of the bag, these two are close enough that fit and feel decide it. If you're replacing long irons deeper — a 6- or 7-iron replacement at 30° or 34° — only PING publishes a club there.
Both publish a 57° lie and build within a quarter inch of each other, 40.75" for PING and 40.5" for Titleist.
On adjustment they diverge. PING publishes an adjustable hosel moving ±1.5°. Titleist publishes nothing about the GT2 hybrid's hosel, but does publish a movable weight and states there's no weight track. PING publishes no movable-weight field. Each gives you an adjustment the other doesn't document.
Titleist lists the GT2 hybrid at $329. PING publishes no price and sends you to a fitter.

Our read: keep the G440 unless you want the movable weight. If your hybrids need to go past 24°, the range settles it.
