On lofts and lengths, GEN8 is a copy of your GEN7. Every club from the 4-iron to the GW matches to the degree: 30° 7-iron, 44° pitching wedge, 49° GW, and a 37" 7-iron in both. Your yardages wouldn't move.
The published change is how the head is built. Your GEN7 is a forged, hollow-body iron; PXG lists GEN8 as a forged face on a cast body with tungsten weighting, and doesn't say whether it is hollow. Offset at the 7-iron is almost unchanged, 3.3 mm against 3.18 mm.
PXG says GEN8 are its most adjustable irons, with heel and toe weights that swap from 2 to 12 g, and still pitches the P as a players' shape that forgives mishits. It said much the same about GEN7 being its longest and most forgiving irons. Those are the brand's claims on both sides, with no numbers to settle them.
PXG doesn't publish a launch price, stock shafts or set make-up for either generation, so we can't tell you what the switch would cost.
