There isn't much published data on either side of this one. PXG doesn't list a launch price, head volume, stock shaft or MOI number for either driver, and the Lightning Max 10K has no published model year or length.
What is published doesn't favor the newer head. Both come in right and left hand, both have movable weights, and both sit at 60° of lie. Your Black Ops is sold in one loft the Lightning Max 10K isn't: 8°, on top of the 9°, 10.5° and 12° they share. The Lightning Max 10K lists an adjustable hosel (range not published); PXG doesn't publish hosel details for the Black Ops, so we can't say whether yours has one.
The headline number on both pages is 10,000 g·cm² MOI, and it's a claim both times: PXG says the Black Ops can top it with the right weight settings, and says the Lightning Max 10K tops it outright.
