The Qi10 Rescue runs 19°, 22°, 25°, 29° and 33°; the Qi35 Rescue runs 17°, 19°, 22° and 25°. So they overlap in the middle and differ at both ends.
The Qi35 adds a 17° 2-Rescue, which is the club people reach for when a 3-wood is too much off the turf. What it drops is the high end: if you play the 29° or 33° Qi10 head, the Qi35 line doesn't have it — those lofts live in the Max version instead.
The Qi35 also publishes an adjustable hosel (±1.5°); TaylorMade doesn't state one for the Qi10 Rescue, so that row reads not available rather than "No".
Our read: this one depends on which end of your bag you're fixing. If you want the 17°, it's the reason. If you play the high-lofted Qi10 heads, the Qi35 Rescue is a downgrade in coverage, not an upgrade.
