Our take Our assessment (based on published specs)

These two launched at the same price, $599.99, and on paper they are built to the same template: 460 cc, 45.75" standard, 9°, 10.5° and 12° in both hands, and movable weights in each head.
The one published spec difference is the hosel, and it's only half-known. TaylorMade lists ±2° for the Qi35; Callaway doesn't publish the range on your Paradym Ai Smoke MAX, so we can't tell you which adjusts further. Callaway lists a 58° lie; TaylorMade doesn't publish one for the Qi35. Neither brand publishes an MOI.
Both brands lean on forgiveness claims. Callaway says the Paradym's perimeter weighting and hosel settings can correct shot shape by up to 19 yards in robot testing. TaylorMade claims the Qi35 reaches about 9K combined MOI and, with the 13 g weight in back, 13% tighter dispersion than the Qi10 — a comparison with its own older driver, not with yours.
Switching brands is mostly a matter of fit and feel, which specs can't settle; hit both on a launch monitor at a fitting before you decide.
Our read: keep the Paradym Ai Smoke MAX. On published facts the Qi35 is a sideways move, not a step up.
