Both are 460 cc heads with movable weights, sold in both hands. The GTS2 is Titleist's current driver and launched at $699, against $599.99 for your Qi35 — about $100 more at launch, not today's prices.
The real difference is the loft line-up. Your Qi35 comes in 9°, 10.5° and 12°; the GTS2 in 8°, 9°, 10° and 11°. If you need one of those in-between or lower heads, that's a genuine reason to look. Otherwise, your Qi35's hosel is published at ±2°, while Titleist doesn't publish the GTS2's range, so we can't say it adjusts any further than yours.
The GTS2 is a quarter of an inch shorter as standard, 45.5" against 45.75". Titleist positions it as the higher-launching, mid-spin head of its GTS family and says it holds speed across the face; TaylorMade claims about 9K combined MOI for the Qi35. Neither brand publishes an MOI we can compare.
Switching brands is mostly a matter of fit and feel, which specs can't settle, so hit both on a launch monitor at a fitting before spending.
