The lofts match right up the range — 15°, 16.5°, 18°, 21° — and both have Cobra's ±2° hosel and the same 43.5" build. The OPTM X adds a 24° 9-wood on top.
There is one more published difference, and it's in your favour: Cobra states movable weights on the OPTM X and doesn't describe the weighting on the DS-ADAPT X at all, so we record that as not available rather than "No". A missing spec never counts against a club on this site.
Cobra lists $369 for the OPTM X. The DS-ADAPT pages now show a sale price with a struck-through figure, which is not a launch price, so that cell stays empty.
