Our take Our assessment (based on published specs)
A radar and a camera unit, $2,000 apart: the Full Swing KIT is $4,999 and the Foresight GC3 is $6,999. Both work indoors and outdoors and both makers say they measure spin.
The KIT sits behind the ball. Full Swing asks for 8–10 ft of ball flight plus 8–10 ft behind the ball indoors, about 16 ft of room length. It reports 16 club and ball data points with no unlock needed, needs no stickers, and recommends Titleist RCT balls indoors for better spin readings. Its optional app plan is $99 a year.
The GC3 is a camera unit; Foresight doesn't publish room requirements. Club data needs reflective club markers ($50 per 192). Foresight+ plans start at $199 a year, with courses as a separate $295 Course Pass.
Our read: on published facts the KIT costs less up front and per year and doesn't need stickers for club data. If your room is shorter than about 16 ft, the KIT's own setup distances rule it out; Foresight doesn't publish what the GC3 needs, so check with them before buying.
