This comparison is thinner than we'd like: ProTee doesn't publish a price for the VX on its store, so we can't compare costs at all.
What we can compare: both are indoor-only photometric units that need a Windows PC, report club data, and need no special balls or stickers. The EYE XO2 is $10,999, needs a 16 ft room, and has an optional Pro plan at $199 a year; ProTee lists no room length and no paid plan for the VX.
The VX has spin listed as measured; for the XO2, no spin spec is published. ProTee also says the VX is a ceiling-mounted dual-camera unit and that there are no recurring software fees; that's the brand's claim. Uneekor says the XO2 uses three overhead infrared cameras over a 28 x 21 inch hitting zone and reads the ball's dimples, so ordinary balls work.
Software differs too: the VX comes with ProTee Labs (practice range, bag mapping, dispersion circles), the XO2 with VIEW and the Player Package, a 3-month Ultimate trial and a year of AI Trainer.
