Our take Our assessment (based on published specs)
SkyTrak says the SkyTrak+ is no longer available new. It launched at $2,995; today you would be buying it used. The Bushnell Launch Pro is $2,999.99 new.
The SkyTrak+ combines dual Doppler radar with a camera and sits next to the ball. SkyTrak says you don't need special balls or stickers for accurate data. It works with Windows PCs, iPhone, iPad and Android; basic features are free and memberships run from $99.99 to $599.99 a year.
The Launch Pro is camera-based, works as a standalone device, and Bushnell asks for 13 ft of depth and 6 ft of width indoors. Bushnell says it measures ball launch data from images. Club data needs club markers ($49.99 per 192) and, per Bushnell's pages, a Silver or Gold membership ($199 or $599 a year).
