Two current game-improvement sets, two different ideas of what a number means. The Qi Max 7-iron is 28°, the T350 7-iron is 29°, and the Qi Max pitching wedge is 42.5° against the T350's 43°. Close, but the sets diverge in the middle: the T350 has a 6-iron at 26°, which sits between the Qi Max 6 (24°) and 7 (28°).
In practice that means the two sets don't step the same way. Matched by loft, your Qi Max 5 and 6 land between Titleist's 4 and 5; from the 7 down they line up. If you are gapping a bag by yardage rather than by number, that is the detail that matters.
The Qi Max runs 4-iron to lob wedge (58°), the T350 runs 4-iron to sand wedge (53°) and adds a gap wedge at 48°. Both are 37.25" and 37" respectively at the 7 — the Qi Max is a quarter-inch longer. TaylorMade published $1,099.99 for its seven-piece steel set; Titleist published $1,499.
