Same 28° 7-iron, same 37.25" length, same 54° sand wedge: on paper these are two very similar sets. The stock sets launched at $999.99 for the Paradym Ai Smoke and $1,099.99 for the Qi Max.
Loft for loft, nothing moves by more than a degree. The Qi Max is a degree stronger at the 5- and 6-iron and half a degree at the 4, then matches yours or runs half a degree weaker from the 8-iron to the PW. The real difference is at the bottom of the bag: TaylorMade sells a 48° AW and a 58° LW, where your set has a 46° AW and stops at 54°.
