The Qi35 is the smaller club, and it dropped the 9-wood. TaylorMade lists the Qi10 fairway at 195 cc in 3, 3HL, 5, 7 and 9 — lofts 15°, 16.5°, 18°, 21° and 24°. The Qi35 is 185 cc in 3, 3HL, 5 and 7, topping out at 21°. The 24° head is not in the Qi35 line. If the 9-wood is the club that earned its slot in your bag, the newer generation has no replacement for it and you would be shopping the Qi35 Max or a hybrid instead.
Ten cubic centimetres smaller is a shape change, not a performance claim, and TaylorMade publishes no comparative distance or spin figures between the two that we could repeat.
The hosel is the same on both: ±2°, right and left handed, 43.25" at the 3-wood. The stock shaft moved from Fujikura Ventus TR Blue FW 6 to Fujikura Ventus Blue FW — the same family, without the TR designation.
Two things the makers' pages handle differently. TaylorMade published a 58.5° lie for the Qi10 and publishes no lie at all for the Qi35, so that row is blank on the newer club. And there is no MSRP on the Qi10 page today, while the Qi35 launched at $349.99. That is a gap in TaylorMade's own pages, not a price we are estimating.
Our read: keep the Qi10, and keep it especially if you play the 9. Between 3 and 7 the two clubs cover the same lofts with the same hosel at the same length, and the one club the Qi10 has that the Qi35 doesn't is the one you cannot buy back.
