Same 15°, 16.5°, 18° and 21° heads, the same ±2° sleeve, the same 43.25" build. The Qi4D fairway adds a 24° 9-wood, and that is the whole difference on published specs.
A 9-wood is a real club for a real problem: if your longest iron stops being useful and your 21° is still too strong out of the rough, that 24° head is the gap. If you already carry a hybrid there, it isn't.
TaylorMade published $349.99 for the Qi35 fairway and $379.99 for the Qi4D, so you'd be paying $30 more for the same three lofts you already own, plus the option of a fourth.
Our read: keep the Qi35 fairway. If you want the 9-wood, buy the 9-wood.
