Every published head number is identical. The change is the shaft. Same five lofts — 20°, 23°, 27°, 31° and 35°, labelled 3 through 7. Same 59.0° lie. Same 40.75" length. Both right and left handed. On the numbers a fitter checks, the Qi10 Max Rescue and the Qi35 Max Rescue are the same club.
What changed is what you hold. The Qi10 Max Rescue came with a Fujikura Speeder NX TCS in two weights, 50 and 60. The Qi35 Max Rescue comes with one stock shaft: a Fujikura AirSpeeder 25. That is a 25-gram shaft replacing a 50-gram one, and losing the 60-gram option entirely. For a hybrid, where tempo and strike matter more than head speed, that is the single biggest difference between these two clubs — and it is a change in build, not a change in the head.
TaylorMade publishes 109 cc for the Qi35 Max Rescue and no head volume for the Qi10 Max Rescue, so we cannot tell you whether the head is the same size, and we will not estimate it. On the hosel, TaylorMade states the Qi35 Max Rescue is not adjustable; the Qi10 Max Rescue sell sheet says nothing either way. Neither lists a movable weight.

Our read: do not buy this as a head upgrade, because on published specs there is no head upgrade. Buy it only if you have tested a 25-gram hybrid shaft and it works for you — and if it does, reshafting the Qi10 is the cheaper route to the same thing.
