The Qi4D Tour drops the weight track, and costs the same $449.99. This is the rare generation where the newer club has one fewer adjustment than the one it replaces. TaylorMade's spec sheet lists a sliding weight track on the Qi35 Tour; the Qi4D Tour page lists a movable weight but no track. If you have ever slid that weight to change where the club sits, that is the whole comparison.
Everything else is the same club on paper. Both are 170 cc. Both come in 15°, 18° and 21° — a 3, a 5 and a 7. Both are 43.25" and carry the same ±2° hosel, right and left handed. Both launched at $449.99, which is TaylorMade's own number on both pages, not a retailer's.
The stock shafts changed families: Mitsubishi Kai'li Blue Dark Wave FW in 65 and 75 on the Qi35 Tour, Mitsubishi REAX FW in 65 and 75 on the Qi4D Tour. Two weights either way, so neither is the narrower fitting.
TaylorMade publishes no lie angle for either club. That row is empty on both sides, and we are not going to convert one from a photograph.
Our read: keep the Qi35 Tour. Same head size, same lofts, same length, same hosel, same price — and it has an adjustment the new one doesn't. The only reason to move is if you want the REAX shaft specifically, and a shaft is something you can buy without buying a head.
