The loft ladder is identical: 13.5°, 15°, 16.5°, 18° and 21°, both with the SureFit hosel, both 43.5" at the 3-wood, both hands.
The one published difference is the weight. Titleist describes an adjustable weight on the GTS2 fairway; the GT2 fairway's weight is fixed. If you'd actually use it — to nudge the CG and with it your ball flight — that is the reason to look. Most people set a fairway wood once and never touch it again.
Both carry a $399 MAP at launch, so this is not a price story either.
Our read: keep the GT2 fairway unless the adjustable weight is something you know you'd use. Same lofts, same hosel, same length, one model year apart.
