Neither of these is its brand's current set any more, and Callaway doesn't publish a price, construction or tungsten details for the Elyte, so there's little to compare beyond lofts. The T350 stock set launched at $1,399; Titleist doesn't publish its 7-iron length.
Loft for loft, the two sets are close to identical. Both 7-irons are 29° and both 8-irons are 33°. The Elyte is a degree stronger at the 4, 5, 6, 9 and PW, and its 47° AW lines up with your 48° GW. The one loft the Elyte reaches that you don't have is its 55° sand wedge, against your 53°.
Your T350 is a hollow iron with a forged face on a cast body and tungsten weighting. Callaway says the Elyte's Speed Frame lets only the face flex and that its Ai10x face spreads speed more evenly off center; those are the brand's claims, with nothing we can measure against yours.
