Read the loft table before you read the marketing. The Elyte 7-iron is 29°, yours is 30°, and the Elyte club is a quarter-inch longer (37.25" against 37"). Stronger and longer is the industry's oldest way to sell distance: if the new 7 flies farther for you, part of that is geometry, not the face.
Where the Elyte genuinely adds something is at the ends of the set. It is published down to a 4-iron at 19° and up to a sand wedge at 55°; your Apex Ai200 set covers 21° to 48°. If you carry a hybrid at the top or a gap at the bottom, those are real clubs you'd be adding.
Both sets are right and left handed, both are 460-style multi-material heads with tungsten, and Callaway published $1,400 for the Ai200 stock set. It hasn't published an Elyte launch price, so that cell is not available.
