Both are photometric units with club data and a $199-a-year optional plan, aimed at different setups.
The GC3 is $4,000 cheaper and goes outdoors. Foresight lists it at $6,999 and for outdoor use; Uneekor lists the EYE XO2 at $10,999 and says it is indoor only. Over five years in our standard scenario the GC3 is about $7,250 vs about $11,000 without a plan, and about $8,250 vs about $12,000 with one. The GC3 also has spin listed as measured; for the XO2, our spec table has no published spin entry.
The XO2's case is an easier indoor routine. It needs no special balls or stickers, and Uneekor says it reads the ball's dimples, so ordinary balls work; club stickers are recommended for accurate club data, and 400 are included. The GC3 needs the club marker pack for some data.
The XO2 needs a 16 ft room and a Windows PC. Foresight publishes neither for the GC3.
Our read: the GC3 is the pick for measured spin, outdoor use and a lower price. The XO2 suits a dedicated indoor room where you'd rather not buy club markers. We haven't tested either unit; this is based on published specs.
