Our take Our assessment (based on published specs)

Both are hollow irons with a forged face on a cast body and a 37" 7-iron, and the stock sets launched at $1,400 for the Apex Ai200 and $1,499 for the T250. The 7-irons are 30° and 30.5°, and both pitching wedges are 43°.
Loft for loft, the T250 adds nothing in the middle of the bag; the difference is at the top. From the 6-iron down it is half a degree to a degree weaker than your Ai200, and it matches your PW and your 48° AW (its GW). Up top the numbering shifts: your 21° 4-iron lines up with its 20° 3-iron, and your 23° 5-iron with its 22° 4-iron. The T250 is also sold as an 18° 2-iron; your strongest is 21°.
Titleist says split tungsten moves the center of gravity to the perimeter for forgiveness; Callaway says your Ai Smart Face is built from swing data to repeat speed and spin. Neither comes with a number we can compare. Callaway doesn't say whether the Ai200 uses tungsten, and Titleist doesn't publish a 7-iron offset.
Changing brands is mostly about fit and feel, which specs can't settle, so hit both on a launch monitor at a fitting.
Our read: keep the Ai200 unless you want an 18° iron at the top of your bag.
