The T250 is what the T200 became; Titleist renamed the model for 2025. Loft for loft they are the same set: 30.5° at the 7, 43° at the pitching wedge, 48° at the gap wedge, club for club identical from the 5 down.
What the T250 adds is a 2-iron (18°) and a 4-iron (22°) at the top. Your T200 set starts at 21°. If you have a gap between your longest iron and your hybrid or 5-wood, that 18° club is the one thing on this page you can't get by bending what you own.
Both launched at $1,399 and $1,499 respectively for the seven-piece steel set, per Titleist's own press releases. Both are forged-face, tungsten-weighted, both hands. Titleist doesn't publish an offset figure for either, so that row is not available on both sides.
Our read: keep the T200 unless the top of your bag has a hole in it. This is a rename with a longer line-up, not a new set of distances, and the specs say so in Titleist's own numbers.
