Two players-distance irons built the same way on paper: both are a forged face on a cast body, both use tungsten, and the stock sets launched at $1,399 for the T200 and $1,399.99 for the P·790. The 7-irons are half a degree apart, 30.5° for yours and 30° for the P·790.
Loft for loft, these sets line up almost club for club. From the 4-iron to the 8-iron the P·790 is half a degree to a degree stronger; the 9-iron and pitching wedge go the other way, at 39° and 44° against your 38.5° and 43°. Your 48° GW matches its 49° AW. Nothing in the P·790 sits at a loft your set doesn't already cover, and a fitter can usually bend lofts about ±2° anyway.
Titleist doesn't publish a 7-iron length for the T200, so we can't compare lengths. TaylorMade says the P·790's thinner 4340M forged face is aimed at more ball speed; that's the brand's claim, not something we can measure against your T200.
